The Universal VSys integration completely streamlined our volunteer screening process. What used to require duplicate data entry and manual updates across systems is now seamless and automated. It s saved our team time, eliminated extra steps, and significantly sped up turnaround for our volunteers.

Now - when we are ready for the background check we click ready to send in VSys which initiates the check. The volunteers get a specific link that they log in, confirm there are no edits needed and {they} electronically sign the background check. We get a email when they are ready to view. We view in Universal and mark as green and that status is automatically brought into VSys. So it not only saved my team a bit of time marking both systems, but it sped up the background check for volunteers!
